Duties:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies
Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate and reach agreements with clients and vendors
- Must be proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
- Sales background preferred
- Proficient in customer relationship management to ensure excellent customer service
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of property maintenance and facilities management practices
- Strong administrative skills, including file management and office organization
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,187.00 - $43,827.00 per year
